Two spam emails appeared in my inbox today and you can see they have used AI to create a “hyper-personalised message” and then as it's a spam email, it goes into a pitch (which nobody reads) as we know it's a pitch

These emails arrived at about the same time from different people

Spam email 1.

"Your insights on social selling are genuinely inspiring, especially how you break down the mindset shifts behind real sales success. I really appreciate how you focus on building authentic relationships rather than just chasing quick fixes or gimmicks.

Spam email 2.

Your content is genuinely inspiring, especially in how you break down the mindset shifts needed to succeed in social selling. I really appreciate how you focus on building real relationships and transforming not just sales, but entire organizations through authentic social strategies.

I know the promise of AI is to create hyper personalised messages but you if everybody is doing it, you are just the same as everybody else, no differentiation and just adding to the noise

NB:

As I've said before, I always create rules on spam emails so the email address will automatically go straight into the wastebasket forever .. so pointless sending me a campaign of them
