We see too many people finding a "tool" giving it to the sales team and nothing happening.  Or people going out and procuring and running things like an old school IT project.

The most important asset to a company is it's people, then it's processes and lastly the IT to run it.

In 2018 you need to make sure you have the right talent, trained to the highest level, the rest will follow.
