I had a check up recently at the Doctors, they take a blood test and then you get to find out, what is wrong and what is right with you.
I'm pleased to say I was given the all clear, sugar levels, blood pressure, cholesterol were all OK. All OK apart from one thing, my weight.
I need to lose some.
I (try) and control my diet, by reducing the amount of carbohydrate I eat and I try and run 5K x 3 times a week. It isn't easy. I'm writing this on a Friday and have still only run once.
It's an ongoing mindset and habit change.
What I don't need is spending two days in the gym and thinking that will solve things. I need to keep running three times a week for the rest of my life. I need to change my diet for the rest of my life.
What has this go to do with sales and marketing?
