Back in the day, the idea of a "full service agency" was a great idea, a one-stop-shop that you can go for all your marketing needs.

The problem is that technology and its use is getting faster and faster.

you need an expert, not a jack of all trades.

The reason why we decided NOT to be a full service agency OR a sales training company as every skill you add on, you dilute the overall skill.  If you have a bad knee you want the best knee surgeon in the world, not somebody who is a knee surgeon, who is also a taxi driver and is also a gardener.

Sure, if you want an average service, then a full service agency will work for you I'm sure, if you want the best social selling company in the world, then you would hire us.  Hiring an expert is where you will get the best skills, the competitive advantage and growth you need.

Marketing is no longer based on interruption

In the past everything was based on interruption, now does anybody really look at ads, or take cold calls or even send spam emails.  The results are infinitely small.

But also modern digital techniques have changed, after all TikTok is only 5 years old.  And we know that through having a content strategy and ChatGPT, SEO will look after itself. My point being, what was central to us maybe a few years ago, is now looking a little long in the tooth.

Any organization you hire, must exhibit the behaviours that you want.  For example, as a social selling company, everybody in the business has to be the high water mark as to what a good social seller should be.

I was recently asked to be an influencer for a large tech company, the agency that was dealing with it, didn't understand how marketing works today.  I have no idea what advice this agency was giving this tech company, but what I was hearing was 10 year old advice.
