More importantly what isn't clear is that with the massive change in buyer habits, GDPR changing entirely the way we market and sell; that anything has changed. Or are we throwing more money at the wall and hoping it will stick? Doing the same things and hoping that they work?

She also makes the observation, something that I've seen, which is a "plan" is in fact all of the same tactics served up each year. Well it worked last year!
