I'm very lucky that through my work, my podcast and networking I come across many great authors and leaders

This means I get to read many leadership books and as an author myself I feel I need to give back to other authors

One way I do this is I give a Amazon and Goodreads review for every book I read

If you want to help authors too

(I can assure you you don't get rich writing books)

Everytime you read a book, you should take the time to leave a review too

When I have collected 10 reviews I put these out as a blog

It's clear from the feedback from these blogs that there is an audience out there
