In case you missed it, there was a worldwide problem with Tesla cars at the weekend.

Many Tesla owners use the company app to access their vehicles without having to use keys and with the app down, they could access the cars by using bluetooth, but many drivers didn't know this. 

When Tesla owner from South Korea, Jaehwan Cho tweeted to Musk about the issue, back came the reply in 3 minutes, “Checking…"

Elon Musk then came back with this response 

This has caused a storm on Twitter, as it shows that by being on Twitter, CEOs can offer, instantaneous impact to business issues, while offering what is seen as high levels of customer service.

And that is totally on brand!
