Was with a friend of mine today, he has an amazing piece of technology, one of those products were it's so simple, effective with a clear ROI.  

He was telling me when they first sold it, everybody when this is cool.  Then nothing happened.  Why?  Because it needed a change in the way people worked.  

Now the product is flying off the shelves as they have built change management into their implementation process.  The same applies to any transformation regardless whether you call it digital, business or social transformation.
