We talk to so many companies that say they don't use social and digital because their management, either restricts it or just openly restricts it.
"why would I wont my staff, playing around on social media all day?" we often hear this.
"Incremental sales increase of 30% and a competitive advantage is our answer".
Well it's time to call these companies out!
3 years ago when use of social had no ROI and no use cases I can understand, but with clear published case studies and some companies totally knocking it out of the park. This analogue isn't good enough any more, in fact it's down right incompetent and the people need to be fired!
