Many people I've spoken to who work in the US don't seem to yet have worked out the importance of GDPR. Where as PWC research seem to be saying that 32% of US companies will reduce their EU presence.
Of course there are the fines of like up to 4% of global turnover.
But this is missing the real issue.
The real issue is that GDPR changes sales and changes sales for anybody living in Europe, with employees in Europe or sell into Europe.
Anyway, May isn't far away.
