While this article is all about selling the Salesforce AI product, it does raise a number of useful issues and gives a number of pointers. Mainly that AI IS a boardroom issue. No I'm not saying robots are about to take us over. But remember social media, it's been around for over 10 years and people still don't understand it.
With AI it's going to be different, isn't it?
Business Leaders have the chance to read up about it and get together, NEDs as well and agree a strategy. Or of course go the way of social media, we think we understand it, have certainly thrown a lot of money at it. Think we could do better, but really don't get it.
