When we drive down the road, it's currently autumn here in the UK, we see the colours and the smells of the leaves as they fall of the trees.  We know that the roads, could be a little bit slippery, in fact my wheels span a bit this morning out on the road.

Does robot see the same?  I don't think so, a robot has been designed to one thing.  Drive a car, answer a customer service response, .... When I ask my pocket calculator what the square root of 5 is it has to recalculate this every time.

Robots and artificial intelligence we will see more of, but at low level transactions.  I do hope we well see them more and more in customer service, but when I deal with the bank, most of my questions couldn't be answered by AI.  Not yet anyway.
