Why Does Everybody Seem to Innovate But Us?

It's a question that companies often ask themselves.

In this article, a General at the Pentagon asks why are Tesla cars able to talk to each other but the US military vehicles don't?  A good question.

We see it often in organisations that people know they want to change, but cannot seem to manage it.  Also there is no mechanism to escalate this up the organisation.

Organisations must implement a disruptive program, with an escalation process from people directly at your "coalface".  It might just save your job?

“We don’t have an innovation problem. We have an innovation adoption problem."
