Prayer Flags: Spreading kindness on the wind

In places like Bhutan, Tibet and Nepal you will see prayer flags

They are genius that I'm surprised hasn't spread to the west

Each flag as a prayer on it and as the wind blows 

It blows the “kindness” of the prayer into the atmosphere

In a world that often feels chaotic, prayer flags offer a simple yet profound reminder of hope, kindness, and interconnectedness

Perhaps it's time we embrace this beautiful tradition—not just as a decorative element, but as a way to send positivity into the world, one breath of wind at a time
