Your Content Library Has All the Answers (Isn't it Time You Put it to Work)

I was reading an article the other week about digital asset management (DAM) technology. A place where you store your content. The article talked about about how DAMs by their very nature tend to be passive objects.  They are shared drives where you put in your content / brand assets and people can search on them.

Then came along AI driven DAMs and active driven DAMs which provides better search: a faster way to find the thing you were already looking for.

These developments help to streamline workflows and the marketing function, especially as the world seems to just get faster.

But how about if we could turn this content into a real asset, in fact a demand generation asset, that will scale your authenticity, provide you with the visibility and influence you need and enable your sales teams to build trust and relationships?

Azpertilo is an AI Agent that allows your sales team and employees to build trust and relationships, while at the same time enabling your brand to be memorable, distinctive and different.

First you need focus, the last thing your need as a business is to be throwing marketing money at “stoney ground”.  That's why we take your Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) and Value Proposition (VP) definitions and provide them to ground the AI.  (Don't worry if you don't have them defined, we can scan your website and Azpertilo will work them out.). This is where we can take your DAM and put it to real use grounding the AI in Azpertilo.  This is Azpertilo rooted in your corporate content, branding and brand guidelines.

Next we ground the AI Agent with each of the unique voices of your team(s) this is so that people speak with their authentic voice, maybe even with a vertical focus.  For example a salespeople selling to Financial Services (FS) will have the AI trained on FS language, where as a sales person selling to Life Sciences (LS) speaks with the language of that market.

This is where your DAM is able to speak to your sales people and employees network in an authentic voice, all within brand guidelines.

The Shift Is Already Happening

For marketing leaders thinking about their content infrastructure, the direction is clear. The platforms built to support high-performing teams over the coming years need to do more than store content reliably and find it fast. These capabilities matter, but they are table stakes.

The organizations recognizing this shift early and aligning their technology to it gain more than efficiency. They can operate at a scale and pace of content production that teams still running on passive infrastructure can't match.

The teams who set this expectation now will be ahead of the curve by the time it becomes standard practice.
