Getting customer feedback is always interesting 

Are they going to say nice things about us?

We've just come out of a client meeting and this is their feedback

First they have measured we have shorten sales cycles by 30%

Which is a night headline figure

How?  By reducing deal slippage 

Minimizing risk and increasing confidence in the forecast 

How did we do this?

They had more (meaningful) conversations in their target accounts

Which gave greater credibility by having visibility and trust in accounts

They were also able to network in the account and have a larger sphere of influence

By having these multiple lines of communication into the account

It gave them time to react and check what they were being told

If something goes wrong (a key Exec is fired, for example) they were able to know about this before the competition

Which meant they had “all their bases are covered”

Key we were told is that we helped the business be set themsleves apart from all the other vendors

Which enables them to get more (and better) sales with less effort

Interesting feedback we thought, so good we thought we should share
