Under GDPR British Airways (BA) Could be Fined £500M ($650)

So BA has been hacked and customer credit card details are put online.

The attack is the first to hit a company under the new GDPR regulations, the fine which can be up to 4% of turnover would be about £500m ($650m).

BA did report the data breach in the 72 hours as required by it will be interesting to see what the regulators do!
