That's what I was told while running a workshop for a top ten lawyers.  Now there may be many caveats (irony) with this article about chatbots, but it must send the shiver down the spine of a few people.  In fact it should in all industries.  Here is a great example of how low level, transactional process can be automated ... regardless of you working in the law, sales, marketing, accountancy .... 

But here's the good news, all we have to do is up our game and we will still have a job.
