One of our clients is busy on LinkedIn, their salespeople are extending their networks into target accounts. A tip I give them all is don't just focus on the CIO and their team. Always go for the Head of HR (CHRO) and their team too.
Why? Well, if an organisation is going to implement a change - in this case UCaaS. It will require a cultural shift, employees would need training and HR would be an important ingredient in the process.
Corporate culture change requires a shift in mindset and without managing that process any digital transformation is going to suffer.
"In 50 percent of cases, transformational initiatives are clear failures and CIOs report that the main barrier is culture," said Christie Struckman, research vice president at Gartner, in the release. "The logical conclusion is that CIOs should start with culture change when they embark on digital transformation, not wait to address it later."
